Your satisfaction is very important to me. Every project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions to make sure the design fits your vision perfectly. During these rounds, we work closely together to adjust and refine until you feel great about the final result.

If after the included revisions you’re still unhappy, we’ll discuss the concerns openly and explore possible solutions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be purchased if needed. If a resolution cannot be reached, we’ll handle the situation professionally to find a fair outcome.

How does payment work?

For most graphic design projects under $500, we charge a flat fee upfront before starting.
For larger suites or more complex requests, we use a 50/50 split billing model — 50% to begin and 50% upon final delivery. If you request extra revisions or add-ons outside of the original scope, those will be quoted and billed separately.All pricing will be outlined in your custom quote, with clear expectations set before work begins.
