Our listed prices are starting points designed to give you a clear idea of investment. Because every project is unique, pricing may be adjusted to account for scope, complexity, and additional services requested. We always discuss and agree on any changes upfront to ensure transparency.
How does payment work?
We typically use a percentage-based milestone billing system to keep everything clear and balanced throughout the project.
30% Deposit — to reserve your project and start the design phase'
40% Upon Design Presentation Approval — when you approve the initial concepts
30% Final Payment — due before final files, renderings, or product lists are delivered
Additional services like 3D renderings or sourcing are quoted separately and invoiced as agreed. All pricing will be outlined in your custom quote, with clear expectations set before work begins.

Before your second deposit is due, you’ll have the opportunity to review your initial design concept(s) and provide feedback. We want you to feel confident moving forward, so your vision and input are always a priority throughout the process.
