Booking & Payment
Semi-custom invitation suite orders begin once a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer (30–50% of the total order, depending on scope) are received. The retainer secures your order and is applied to the total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to print production or shipment, as outlined in your invoice. Orders under $300 may require full payment upfront.

Proofing & Approval
Digital proofs will be provided for your review. The client is responsible for carefully checking spelling, grammar, dates, times, names, colors, and design details. Two rounds of minor revisions are typically included in the order; additional revisions, design changes, or re-proofs will be billed at $25–$75 per round. Final approval confirms accuracy and authorizes production. Once approved, Nova Haus is not responsible for errors or costs related to reprints.

Timeline & Production
Timelines for semi-custom suites vary depending on the level of customization and print methods. Standard production typically ranges from 4–8 weeks after proof approval. Specialty finishes (foil, embossing, letterpress, handmade paper, etc.) or custom upgrades may require additional lead time. Rush orders may be available, subject to availability, with a rush fee of 20–40%.

Cancellations & Refunds
Retainers are non-refundable. If an order is canceled before proof approval, all work completed to date will be invoiced and due. Once a design is approved and sent to print, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Printing & Color Variance
Please note that colors may vary between digital proofs, printed samples, and final products due to differences in screens, inks, and paper stocks. Minor variation is normal and not considered a defect. Handmade papers and specialty finishes may include natural variations in texture, thickness, or color. Nova Haus is not responsible for variations or delays caused by third-party printers or suppliers.

Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked carrier. Nova Haus is not responsible for delivery delays, damage, or loss once items are with the shipping carrier. Clients may request expedited shipping for an additional fee. Local pickup may be available upon request.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (names, dates, times, addresses) and responding to proofs/approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing information or approvals may extend the project timeline.

Photography & Portfolio Use
Nova Haus retains the right to photograph and display semi-custom suites in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. Personal details may be altered for privacy when showcasing designs.

Intellectual Property
All semi-custom designs remain the intellectual property of Nova Haus. The client receives the right to use the printed items for personal event use only. Digital design files and artwork are not released unless specifically purchased and licensed.

Non-Payment
Final balances must be paid before printing or shipment. Late payments may incur a 5–10% per month late fee. Orders will not proceed to print until balances are paid in full.
