Booking & Payment
Projects are reserved once a signed agreement and any required retainer or payment are received, as outlined in the proposal or invoice. Remaining balances must be paid prior to production, fulfillment, or delivery. Orders below a specified minimum investment may require full payment at booking.

Design Process & Revisions
Design concepts and revision allowances vary by project type and are outlined in the proposal or listing description. Additional revisions, alternate directions, or design changes beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.

Proofing & Approval
Digital proofs are provided for review when applicable. Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all details including spelling, names, dates, times, addresses, and wording. Final approval authorizes production, and once approval is given and production begins, changes cannot be made. Nova Haus is not responsible for errors identified after approval.

Production & Timelines
Production timelines vary based on project scope, customization level, specialty finishes, and vendor availability. Client response time and proof approvals may affect timelines, and rush services may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows. Day-of paper goods and signage are subject to the same production timelines and approval requirements.

Cancellations & Refunds
Retainers and design fees are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, completed design time and any additional labor will be invoiced and due immediately. Custom printed items and personalized products are non-returnable, and due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Printing & Color Variance
Color variations may occur between screens, proofs, and final printed materials due to differences in monitors, inks, paper stocks, and specialty processes. Handmade and specialty materials may include natural variations that are not considered defects. Nova Haus is not responsible for variations, delays, or errors caused by third-party printers or vendors. Variations in materials used for signage, display pieces, or large-format printing are normal and not considered defects.

Signage & Display Pieces
Large-format signage, seating charts, and display pieces may require careful handling and transport. Nova Haus is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup, delivery, or venue handling. Installation services are not included unless explicitly outlined in the proposal.

Shipping & Delivery
Physical orders are packaged with care and shipped with tracking when applicable. Nova Haus is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss once items are in the carrier’s possession.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and respond to proofing and communication in a timely manner. Delays in feedback or missing information may extend project timelines.

Design Ownership & Usage
All designs created by Nova Haus remain the intellectual property of Nova Haus. Custom artwork is licensed for personal event use only and original design files are not released unless explicitly licensed and purchased. Semi-custom designs are based on Nova Haus artwork and customized with client details and may not be reproduced, shared, or reused beyond their intended purpose. Digital templates and downloadable products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Nova Haus designs is prohibited.

Portfolio & Marketing
Nova Haus reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, and personal details may be adjusted for privacy.

Non-Payment
Orders will not proceed to production or delivery until payment obligations are fulfilled, and final delivery may be withheld until payment is complete.
