Each project begins with a curated foundation package, which we build upon through intentional design choices and tailored enhancements — resulting in stationery that feels elevated, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
From typography and layout to paper, printing, and finishing touches, every element is carefully considered within a seamless, guided process. Your suite can be expanded with custom elements and add-ons, from layered pieces to tactile details, and may extend beautifully into save the dates and day-of stationery.

Review, ask questions, and finalize your package selection. No pressure here – embellishments and details can be added and finalized throughout your whole process. Your chosen package is confirmed with a design retainer and signed agreement, officially reserving your place in our design calendar. From there, the creative journey unfolds — and your vision begins to take shape.

We’ll chat about your wedding style, priorities, and inspiration. Then I’ll come up with a design and present you a digital proof to make sure we’re aligned on the vision.

I will present the design and make any necessary changes until the design is approved.

With your final approval, production begins and every finishing touch is handled for you. We assemble the suite, print addressing, select the correct postage, and manage mailing with USPS, including special handling for wax or thicker stacks. From press to post, the process is seamless—and you never need to make a trip to the counter.

The Keepsake Suite
A beautifully boxed keepsake of your full invitation suite, thoughtfully assembled for you to preserve long after your wedding day. Not only does it serve as a treasured memento, but it also makes for stunning detail photos as part of your wedding day photography collection.
Mailed Sample Proof
A mailed sample proof is available for digitally printed suites to support your final approval, allowing you to feel the paper weight and texture and to view the colors in natural light before production. This optional add-on provides extra confidence and may gently extend the timeline.
Priority Service
We offer limited rush accommodations when our calendar allows, contact us with your desired mail-out date for feasibility and pricing.
